TEGO® CYCLE DW 210 is a biodegradable dewatering aid based on organo-modified siloxane.
TEGO® CYCLE DW 210 is used in a wide range of suspensions to achieve a faster water repellence during filtration or centrifugation.
In the drying step of the mechanical recycling process, TEGO® CYCLE DW 210 reduces the water content in plastic flakes after centrifugation or filtration. In case of foam build up in high dynamic processes or pumping, TEGO® Antifoam 4-94 is recommended as suitable antifoam. We recommend a dosage of 0.025 up to 0.1%.
In general, TEGO® CYCLE DW 210 is suitable for all industrial processes where water must be removed by filtration or centrifugation.
The pH of the slurry should be in the range of pH 5-8 and the temperature should not exceed 60°C.
TEGO® CYCLE DW 210 can be used in the production of pigments and fillers.
